A uni assignment to do a postcard with the theme "game". This was fun I wanted to see if I could portray "mind games".
Mind Games; An activity that provides entertainment and challenges the intellect.
Mental skill is required for a board game such as Chess. Chess often simulates War.

As for what my deviation means I hope its self explanatory enough. Any questions just ask.
As a side note I've been very busy with uni and haven't had the time to go on dA as much as I'd like. I'm sorry!! @.@

Stock
The lovely 3D chess pieces are by =Shoofly-Stock
Royalty free stock for the brain (Actually, the stock I used had numbers and lines all over it which I painted over. It wasn't until now that I realised they had the original stock of the brain...here. lol)
Everything else was digitally painted (eg. blood, chess board). I matte painted the brain completely. I also matte painted over parts of the chess pieces.
