Finally...Pierrot number two o.O!

What motivated me into submitting this was well... Please read on:
I had watched this particular deviant for a while, liking some of her work *not all* but mainly for her morals being the same as mine. (Such things as people sucking up to those ' and = etc. status' on names blah :P) No names. But one day there was this situation where I mentioned something about my hair. She looked through my gallery and agreed that I had nice hair XD
The next thing I knew, she had submitted a deviation similar to my Pierrot I [link] which of course is in my gallery. Hers was her own face but with the same idea (half make-up half not), and the second name of the pierrot, the "two faced one". Many people commented saying that her concept was great and original.... I was sort of perplexed into whether it was inspired off mine or not because there was nothing in the description about it. So instead, I commented saying that we both had the same kind of deviation in our galleries and that it was sort of funny and ironic. She laughed and agreed they were similar. That was it. Should I feel slighted (or honored) that someone liked my idea? o.o

>_< I'm pretty sure that this concept has been done before. I'm pretty sure that it has although the half make-up was on my own burst of imagination, and not of my recognition that it may have been done already. But still. It made me feel slighted O_o I kind of feel violated and don't know whether I should or not. Nyah >__< Maybe I'm a bit jealous? O_o Eitherway, I shall finish off the series first XD

This is second Pierrot, now depicting vanity. Vanity= two loves of the same face, like two personalities = pierrot. Mirror thing done damn right before too xD The first one was just a blank expression.

Hope you like it!

This is lovely. And yes, the mirror effect is great. :) I like the pose.
Sorry you feel slighted. If you did inspire her, she should at least give you some credit. But it's probably best now to let it lie. Not worth too much trouble, I don't think.
^^; Well, anyway, beautiful picture!
