WOW: This is crazy... If you look at the date the original shyble picture had been taken, it's the date of my birthday.... and also a death day too mind.
Wow....ironic. :butterflytwo:
EDIT: I fixed up parts of the hair :P

---------
This is that deviation I've been working on for ~shyble-stock and *textureific's Elements Competition. One of my longest working ones too. (75+ hours approx. Altogether with the computer dying) More info at [link]
So this is it. That deviation that I poured my heart into to begin with. And that I have now completed on the 666. (midnight here) Because I just have to. I need to persevere. I have to get through things... No matter how much it hurts. I hope he's ok..where ever he is now. "What will it be? Heaven or hell?"...

I put so much work into this it's crazy... The original had been a happy one. This one is sad.
All stock is either referenced below or my own images. The majority of this has been digitally painted (i.e. hair, water, make-up, etc.)

As always, comments and crits are welcomed and appreciated.

Description

Element is water. I chose to do a human sea anemone (quite different I am sure). She belongs to the ocean but is also tied down by the collar. Does she move and allow it kill the others of her species? But if she doesn't move, then she will never be able to swim through the waters freely again. If she does, she'd feel guilty...
...or does she stay and die, anyways?

-------

This deviation, is for my :butterflytwo: and nii-chan, Raquel. Happy birthday, and... sweet dreams....

Definitely going to my faves. The hair on her face is obvious, but it doesn't look as much on thumb.

I hope you win. :D

thank you. It was the intent of the piece. Usually I'm bad with colors so its amazing they even came out so well.

hehe we all do;P

What I meant is that the hair looked a little unrealistic -- the smudge was a bit off on the hair near the upper lip. Nevertheless, it's great art. I'll have my fingers crossed for this one. :)
